Summary

Looking for CDL truck drivers to handle local truckload deliveries, primarily drop & hook. 

You will be transporting a dry van 53’ full of debris twice a week to Moline, Illinois Other three days it will be Yard truck/ forklift duties; drop and hook; no touch freight; automatic trucks; 53’ dry vans.

Description: CDL/ Yard truck/ forklift:  The Yard Truck Operator position is responsible for moving loaded and unloaded trailers around the Reverse Logistic Center, as needed. The operator is responsible for making decisions regarding the movement of trailers to maximize the efficiency of the operation.

The Forklift Operator moves pallets and other materials through warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also Power-Sort pallets by hand as part of their daily responsibilities in some locations.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 23


• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years


• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle


• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician


• Has not ever been disqualified to drive


• Can successfully complete a DOT road test


• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years. Any score above 10 will require approval from the 48forty Solutions Team


• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years


• Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
